Building on the foundations of the BIM Basics seminar (Professional Certification Foundation) and your practical modeling experience, you can now earn the buildingSMART/VDI certification as a BIM Practitioner Coordination. This application-oriented training, based on the international buildingSMART framework curriculum, VDI guidelines 2552 8.2 and 8.3, and current practical requirements, is fully focused on practical implementation and competence acquisition in BIM specialist and overall coordination.

Contents
Practitioner Coordination Part I
16 learning units (45 minutes each)
After completing the Coordination E-Learning In this two-day practical seminar, you will familiarize yourself with the basic processes and procedures of a BIM project through practical exercises and conduct quality checks on BIM models. Upon completion, you will have mastered the most important principles of specialist coordination and overall coordination and will have performed and documented the most relevant model checks on the provided models.
!!! The Coordination Practitioner Seminar | Part I is a prerequisite for participation in the second practical seminar!!!
Practitioner Coordination Part II
8 learning units (45 minutes each)
After completing Coordination Practitioner Part I In this one-day seminar, you will discuss a preliminary exercise and learn efficient tracking and issue management. Practical exercises will provide you with fundamental skills in creating and analyzing BIM project structures. You will also gain practical experience in working with Industry Foundation Classes (IFC), Information Delivery Manuals (IDM), and Level of Information Need (LOIN).
Homework, additional literature and exam preparation exercises totaling approximately 40 units will be made available to you.
