Building on the foundations gained in the BIM Basics seminar (Professional Certification Foundation) and your practical project experience, you can now earn the buildingSMART/VDI BIM Management Practitioner certification. This application-oriented training, based on the international buildingSMART framework curriculum, VDI guidelines 2552 8.2 and 8.3, and current practical requirements, is fully focused on practical implementation and skills acquisition in operational and strategic BIM management.

Contents of the BIM Practitioner Management training course
In BIM Management or Information Management (according to VDI 2552 Part 7), you are – in addition to implementing BIM within the company – primarily responsible for the project management process, for recording client information requirements and defining BIM goals and applications. You are responsible for the organizational tasks related to defining, implementing, adhering to, and documenting BIM processes throughout the entire life cycle of a building. At the same time, Information Management, as the client's point of contact, is authorized to select and set up a Common Data Environment (CDE).
